Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays. Emails received outside these hours are answered on the next working day. We aim to respond to all support requests within one working day.

To help us resolve your query on the first reply, please include where relevant:

  • the email address registered on your DeltaBooks account;
  • your organisation name and the company you were working in;
  • the module or screen involved (for example, GST reconciliation, Tally sync, bank statement upload);
  • for billing queries, the invoice number or payment reference;
  • a screenshot of any error message.

Please never send us your GST portal password, banking passwords, or one-time passwords. No member of our team will ever ask you for them. If you receive such a request claiming to be from DeltaBooks or VirtualCA, do not respond — report it to nitheesh@virtualca.in immediately.
